In a crevasse full of tree roots,
I lie still.
Not wind, nor water, nor lightning can
scathe me.
The behemoth may leap from its cave and
destroy nations and halt rivers,
But I lie still
While the thunderbirds carve their initials
into the night sky,
I gaze from a distance and watch the
constellations.
My roots navigate through every stretch of
land and delve into the continental plates.
I embody every living thing, every fiber, in
every cell, of every organism,
I lie still within.
I set my eyes towards the horizon, and
allow my glossy leaves to drink in the dancing
sunrays from the powerful sunset.
As the sky is the sky,
And the land the land,
I am Omnipresent.
I am Infinite.
